Standard shipping is free over $40, otherwise, the standard shipping is $4.99.

Secure delivery: loss, theft, damage is $9.99.

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. You will receive the rest of your order shortly.

If you have not received your order, please check your tracking link first.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered, it is possible that your letter carrier put your package in your mailbox or in your common package box.

If your incense burner arrives damaged, please contact our team immediately with a clear photo of the item. Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
